The RP6 is a mechanically driven machine. All functions are controlled and adjusted through a programmable electric sequencer, driven by the main drive. The control panel is located in the front of the machine for easy access. The operator/ setup control panel contains switches for run or jog cycles, automatic register, flame treating, and emergency stop.

IN OPERATION...
The transfer baskets traverse left to right and right to left. They are raised and lowered by a mechanical cam. With the transport holders in the right hand position, a container is presented to the flame station, the pre-register station, the print position and the U.V. or take off position. After containers are secured in these positions, by the positioning cylinders, the holders drop and move under the containers, to the left position. During the movement time to left, the secured containers are being treated, pre-registered, printed, U.V. cured and/or transferred.
With the carriage in the left hand position, the baskets raise up to accept a new container, a treated container, pre-registered container, and a printed container. After the positioning cylinders release the containers to the holders, the carriage moves to the right, the containers are advanced, and the sequence starts again.
