The KLP-8 prints diameter up to 8.25 inches (210mm) and production rates up to 600 per minute. The KLP-8 prints up to eight color process, on just about any lid shape  (round, rectangular, square, etc.) or type (flat, domed, recessed, etc.).

The KLP-8 is fully automatic from infeed through restacking. Options for feeding, pre-treating, drying and restacking are designed to fit your individual requirements.

The KLP-8 offers feeders that are fixed, adjustable screw type, spinrod or specifically designed for your product. Dryers that are either ultraviolet or infrared and restackers that include roller/vacuum restackers, screws roller/restackers accumulator trays or a combination of both.

Once a job is set up and running, a job number or name is recorded in the PLC. To rerun the job, it's only necessary to type in the correct name or number and the KLP-8 adjusts to the pre-recorded job specifications.
