Here’s compact but highly versatile lid printer that delivers premium quality printing.  With the KLP-4, you can print flat, doomed or recessed lids up to 9 inches in diameter (230 mm) at up to 500 PPM, or 4 ½ inch (114 mm) diameter lids two abreast at twice that rate.  Our high quality engineering standards provide you with a machine that produces excellent print quality whether it’s one color or four color process. 

Like any Kase printer, there are a number of options to make your decorating easier and more effective.  Some of these include automatic feeding, a choice of dryers, and automatic stacking.

 Moving the lids to the print rolls and then to the finishing operations is all part of a smooth production flow.  Kase has the expertise to guide you in your choice of options.  Feeders listed below can be fixed or adjustable screw type, or spinrod design.  Curing systems are either ultraviolet or infrared, and restacker options include vacuum roller/restacker, screw roller/restacker with accumulator trays or combinations of the two.
