With eight colors available, this state-of-the-art printer-using Kase’s enhanced color technology-reproduces line, halftone or process printing with the utmost of clarity and sharpness, on any shape pail. It gives you high quality printing at a high rate of output. Outputs are dependent upon the size and shape of pail.

The user friendly, electronic motion control system is interfaced with the main PLC allowing the plate cylinder, ink and print tower adjustments to be controlled via touch screen. Once a job is set up and running, a job number or name is recorded in the PLC. To rerun the job, simply type in the correct name or number the CNC K-8000 adjusts to re-recorded job specifications.

The CNC K-8000 is designed to keep downtime to a minimum. Simple knob adjustments can be made to change feeder and restacker diameters and container height. There’s ample access to plate and blanket cylinders. And each color head swings away from the plate cylinder for easy access to the removable rolls for fast wash up. Plus, there’s self diagnostic display assist when trouble-shooting.
