 150MM (six inch) Print Height.

 The Kase 200 Sidewall Printer offers maximum pint height of 150mm (six inches) on cups up to 200mm (eight inches) high and 150mm (six inches) in diameter. 

The printer is equipped with a narrower roll train and simplified feeder and restacking system.  Other than that, it is the same well engineered, rigid machine you’d expect from Kase. 

SUPERB QUALITY 

The Kase 200 has six color capability with plate cylinder and ink color control systems that deliver superb print quality across the full range of your decorating needs-line, halftone, four color process, etc.  Production rates are up to 500 units per minute, depending on container size.

 The new printer comes with 200mm (eight inch) diameter plate cylinders in either magnetic or clamp configurations.

 FAST SIZE CHANGES

 Material handling tooling and the color head system accommodate fast size changes.  Each color head swings away from the plate cylinder for easy access and all the color head rolls are easily removable for fast wash up.  The heavy duty roll section not only eliminates striping and ghosting but is virtually maintenance free.
