The design of the Kase 908 sidewall printer provides the highest quality printing on the most durable machine available. 

This versatile sidewall decorator reproduces high quality line, halftone or process printing.  With nine colors available, the machine provides maximum flexibility in color separation.  And because of its computer controlled registration and ink color control system, it delivers superb print quality.  Engineered for fast set up and changeover, the 908 can print up to 500 units per minute, depending on container size. 

The Kase 908 sidewall printer offers nine color printing with automatic job memory package for quick set up and repeatability. 

The electronic motion control system is interfaced with the main PLC with the plate cylinder and print tower adjustments controlled via computer.

 Once a job is set up and running, a job number or name is recorded in the PLC.  To rerun the job, it’s only necessary to type in the correct name or number and the 908 adjust to the pre-recorded job specifications. 

The simple feeder and restacker adjustments enable users to change over and be at maximum production rates in minutes.  The durable design of the model Kase 908 means little maintenance and maximum machine up time.

Eight inch diameter plate cylinders available in magnetic or clamp configurations.  Material handling, tooling components and the color head system are designed for fast size changes.  Each color head swings away from the plated cylinder for easy access and all the color head rolls are easily removable for fast wash up.  The heavy duty roll section not only eliminates striping and ghosting but is virtually maintenance free.
